My fees are determined by the services provided and are collected at time of service. I do offer some sliding-scale fees on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to discuss further as needed.

Insurance Termination Notice: As of March 29th, 2026 I will no longer be accepting Aetna, Cigna, or Optum/UHC insurance.
Until that date, I am able to accept your insurance. Your co-pay will determine what you pay out-of-pocket for our appointments. Contact your insurance provider for this information prior to reaching out for session. I mostly use 90791, 90837, and 90834 insurance codes should your insurance provider request it. 

Self-Pay Rates:
Intake Appointment: $130.00, includes diagnostic assessment and collaborative treatment planning 
1-Hour Booking Appointment: $125.00
