ABOUT
Hi, I'm Caroline Rowlader, a licensed professional counselor offering telehealth therapy in Georgia and Tennessee. I specialize in working with people navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, depression, perfectionism, and chronic illness or chronic pain using EMDR, RO-DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through a trauma-informed lens. I also live with several chronic conditions myself, so I bring real, lived understanding to this work and not just clinical training.

SERVICES
A new patient appointment is called a counseling intake. The first five minutes will be spent reviewing practice policies and then the rest of the 55 minute counseling appointment will be dedicated to gathering background on the issues you would like to address during counseling appointments. Both therapist and patient collaborate to develop goals and create a treatment plan for addressing mental health concerns.
After the initial new patient appointment, ongoing individual counseling appointments will be spent working on treatment goals. Unlike the counseling intake, these sessions may focus on processing daily events, learning about coping skills, practicing assertive communication, and identifying target behaviors patient's can utilize outside of counseling appointments.
INSURANCE& PAYMENT
Self-Pay & Sliding Scale
My rate is $125.00 per counseling appointment. I do not accept insurance at this time. I would love to work with you to identify how often you'd like to attend therapy based on your budget and counseling goals.
I do have limited spaces for Sliding Scale (reduced fee) sessions available. Please contact me directly for more information.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If you are looking to have the $125.00 session fee apply towards your insurance Out-of-Network deductible, I recommend setting up an account with Reimbursify, a company that helps you submit claims to your insurance.
Some insurance plans have Out-of-Network benefits for their patients that include applying the $125.00 session fee towards your out-of-network deductible, and some plans will reimburse patients for the out-of-pocket expense. It is up to you to contact your insurance provider and find out what your out-of-network benefits may be.
